Busyboards provides the possibility of scanning the whiteboard, organizing the archives, printing whiteboards in a blink of an eye and also email the pictures quite easily. Scanning the whiteboard requires no special knowledge in the domain so all the user needs to do is press the camera button from the right or left side of the screen.
Organizing the archive is achieved through 4 small steps, namely pressing the Archive button, then the Edit one and afterwards move the images that you want on top of another for creating the folder. Several files can be selected at the same time for not having to move every image in part.
You can send the images via email to friends, class mates with just a couple of clicks. The app comes with an Image Enhancer feature that edits the picture in a way that makes the writing more accurate. What captured our attention was the fact that the images are so clear that you’re under the impression of still being in the classroom or business room with the whiteboard in front of you.
Nice App, I really needed something like this for my business meetings… It’s very simple to take meeting notes and organize them, in a fast intuitive way.
