Mobile TV for iPad and iPhone with Tizi Go DVB-T Dongle
In the U.S. and other countries like South Korea and Japan, mobile terrestrial television had been replaced by true live mobile television, long time ago. Now it’s time for Europe to enjoy the same privilege by using the DVB-T mobile television service for iPad and iPhone. Tizi Go device is the non-Wi-Fi model of the TV transmitter developed by the German company Equinox. The DVB-T TV receiver connects to the iPad dock connector and is capable of getting over the air signals when used with the tizi.tv app. It provides a clear TV picture in MPEG-2 format thanks to the integrated antenna and the high-sensitivity chipset. The power management software takes care of the built-in battery functionality which can be recharged with via micro-USB cable.
For the moment, the application is available only in Germany, but it will soon go on sale internationally. It is powered by the Tizi.tv app which can be downloaded from the AppStore and purchased for €99,99.
