If devices can’t connect properly to the Internet, Wi-Fi networks may require the user to manually configure the static IP addresses or DHCP configuration. The procedure does not require special knowledge in the domain so the steps are easy to follow.
- 1. Firstly, the user needs to tap on “Settings” and afterwards on “General”
- 2. Press “Wi-Fi” and tap the blue arrow (>) that is next to the network name connected
- 3. Go for the “Static” tab and introduce network appropriate DHCP/static IP data
- 4. Last but not least, launch Safari for resting assured that the connectivity is established
