Apple’s latest strategy is to provide users the possibility of getting their hands on the latest generation of iPhone, namely iPhone 5. They seek to recycle old technology and give Apple fans the chance of buying the iPhone 5 if they can’t totally afford one.

For example, for the 64GB white iPhone 4S in a good shape one could get a $345 Apple Store gift card and for the 16GB black 4S, $285. The price depends on how the gadget works and performs, obvious dropping if it’s damaged.

It seems that Apple isn’t the only one that recycles old technology, Amazon also preparing for the launch of iPhone 5. According to iDownloadBlog, Amazon is willing to pay $500 for the 64GB white 4S device.

Apple may sell the gently used iPhone 4S gadgets and those that been altered will be forwarded for being recycled.
