First proves of Sparrow’s iPhone application
We’re not talking about Jack Sparrow and his quest for everlasting youth but about the desktop e-mail client.Rumors first appeared in August 2011 when the co-founder of Sparrow stated that an email client will also be available for the iPhone in the nearest future. Sparrow firstly got fame for being the outstanding email client for the Mac. It practically gathers all email addresses into a practical email client.
Developers have been selling Mac apps long before the MAS was introduced, whereas for most people, the only want to get content on an iPhone is through the App Store. It was a walled garden from the very beginning.
We’ll see what happens with Sparrow for iPhone. We’re just starting on this, but it’s still far away. But we’ll give it a try, Apple be with us.
Now, 9to5Mac has provided screenshots with the new application. The program resembles with the one available of the Mac, with the same color scheme and icons.
