Free Calls with magicJack is advised to cope with WiFi or 4G and it does not use your mobile minutes. It does not require a voice plan and it allows one to make calls anywhere in the world.

Dell Voice allows one to receive high quality calls on your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.  With 3G/4G or WiFi connection, you get to make calls and send messages to and throughout most of Canada.
