Apple’s social networking service through iCloud on iOS 6

This June WWDC will come with great Siri API, iCloud and operating systems surprises, namely iOS 6 and OS X 10.8, especially for developers and also for users. According to The Wall Street Journal the Cupertino Company plans to add a social networking service as a built-in feature of iOS 6.

Apple’s social network will be based on photo sharing and will be available via iCloud, enabling iCloud users to share photo albums between them. At present day, iCloud works more like a storage and syncing service meaning that users can transfer photos from an Apple device to another through Photo Stream.

Though Apple has great integration with Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, the competitor Google defies Apple’s integration with its own social network Google +. Apparently, Apple must keep up and with the anticipated iOS 6 upgrade a social networking service is more than possible on the road.
