Apple has hard demanding terms and penalties for their employees if they do not respect the terms. It’s stated that one has to be late like 15 times before he is fired but if they spread news or pictures to the press, “it’s the end of you”. It seems that Apple’s policy works quite well, due to the fact that nobody knows exactly how devices would look like or the launch date of a device before being released.
