Expected features of iPhone 5

The latest generation of iPhone is one the most debated subjects wondering around. Although no one knows exactly what Apple may bring at release date due to its secrecy and hard penalties, there are concepts and features that are expected to be identical with Apple’s perspective. Take for example iOS 6, many of the expected features turned out to be the exact ones as predicted; of course, among other new features that only Apple would provide.

When it comes to the Release Date, rumors argue that a possible launch could be September  21^st or October, coming with iOS 6.

Advanced Siri:

Previous version of iPhone, namely iPhone 4S was the one that provided the Siri concept, the virtual personal assistant that  makes your work easier. It’s rumored that it would be capable of checking out trailers for movies, launch apps in a blink of an eye, tweet and many more features. Not to mention that Siri would receive support for languages like French, Mandarin, German, Italian, Cantonese, Korean etc.

Processor

It’s predicted that the new iPhone will have in fact a quad-core processor, named as the A6. Unlike Apple, ZTE and Huawei have already introduced their quad-core smartphone models at MWC 2012, but the devices are set to be launched this years’ Q4.

 

Design model

The latest generation of iPhone would be the first redesign from 2010 because previous two versions were exactly the same, with only minor changes, possessing a 3.5 inch screen. Apple Cupertino has made orders in Asia of screens that are bigger than the usual 3.5 inch. Possessing a bigger screen, the user can see more data so there won’t be that much use of scrolling and tapping.

LTE

iPhone 5 is said to possess the 4G LTE, just like the new iPad. Due to Apple’s LTE chip supplier that is facing “trouble meeting demand” related to smartphone chips, the iPhone launch could be postponed.

Dock Connector

Apple’s next strategy may be to abandon the average dock connector, coming with a smaller and rounded one, having half the length of previous version. It’s rumoured to possess fewer pins (around 16) than the original dock, around 16 and even the shape of the whole would come with a different design.

Nano-SIM

Latest technology, namely Nano- SIM is a smaller, more efficient way of storing contact and emergency data.

We are waiting eagerly for the new release and see if predicted features will be the ones that will rock on iPhone 5!
