Fleksy, the iOS keyboard for the visually impaired soon to hit the market?
Ever wondered if a blind person can use a smartphone? With a new virtual keyboard, visually impaired ones can type as easy and accurate as everyone else. The patent-pending piece of software that that copes with Apple’s built-in voice over system is a new opportunity that can help everyone use a screen touch without encountering issues.
You practically get to send messages or emails or copy the text already typed for being used inside of another app. The technology used does not need accuracy- the user just types on the screen and Fleksy will automatically grasp what the user meant to write.
It’s been submitted to Apple for approval, and everyone hopes that it hits the market as soon as possible. Although it’s not live, the demo video highlights the possibilities that it offers for being able to cope with iPhones and iPads like anyone else.
