It seems that Samsung’s S-Voice feature is similar with Apple’s Siri also in making mistakes. According to Siri and recently also to S-Voice, Windows Phones are the best phones.

The error made by Siri several weeks ago is well popular. Siri then named Nokia Lumia 900 as the best smartphone. Apple took the care to correct Siri’s answer but the error keeps on repeating, this time on Android. When Galaxy S3 users ask “What is the best smartphone,” S-Voice replies with HTC Trophy, another smartphone that runs on Windows Mobile.

S-Voice may after all appreciate Microsoft’s operating system but it was also influenced by the fact that HTC Trophy is the only Windows Phone on Verizon that has the best customer rating on Best Buy.

I wonder if Samsung will repair S-Voice’s answer to the question “What’s the best smartphone” also with Siri’s “it’s the one you’re holding.”
